First, I just want to say that I hope everyone is in good health and maintaining their sanity during this time. If there is ever anything I can do, please, please don’t hesitate to ask. If I can help, you all know that I will.
That being said, I want to say that even though times are uncertain, now is the time to ensure that your digital presence is updated and readily available. Please don’t see this as a sales pitch on my part. This is just something that has been on my mind since this situation began.
Your customers and clients are not going out and are relying on the internet for all their needs, entertainment, news, resources, food and shopping. The best way to reach your customers in today’s environment is through your website and social media. You want to make sure that you have a website, are keeping it current and are posting regularly on social media. Email marketing and SMS (text message) campaigns are another way to engage with your customers that might not be relying as heavily on the internet.
These are all things that you can do – with or without my help – but things you should definitely be looking into.
These are also things that you can do whether or not your location is open right now. Businesses that are closed can still stay relevant in our current situation – pre-bookings, gift certificates, online product sales, curbside pickup, tutorial videos, etc…
If you do think you need help, please feel free to reach out. I am here to help and want to see everyone come though this in one piece and in business.
Be safe, and please stay healthy.
